I was in a difficult situation in where I had to move out from where I lived in a short period of time, searching for an apt, I found this beautiful apt located in Jackson height! And it happens that Amos was the Real estate Sales agent, he starting helping me out through process, unfortunately someone else got the apt, I knew a beautiful apt like that it would have many applicants, and would be taken in seconds, I told him to keep me in mind if any upcoming rental deal, after a couple of days still searching, I get a message from Amos telling me the same apt was available, I was so happy that he didn’t hesitate in contacting me and felt I was first one the line,From his list then we were focused on paper work and Finally got this amazing apt. First and foremost, and notwithstanding the below job performance factors, Amos St. Louis is a very excellent person. He is a compassionate, intelligent, understanding, patient, efficient, effective person. He went above and beyond what would be considered "normal," or "standard" actions by a real estate agent to secure the unit I was finally able to secure and move into. His work ethic is truly great and deserves credit. His knowledge, skills and experience, re: the real estate field coupled with his use of such and performance makes him a valuable employee asset to any real estate firm. This is even more important because I was dealing with NYC Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Section 8 apartment search that involved TIME and location constraints, which is not easy and many real estate agents are reluctant to even approach. But, as Amos once stated: "My job is to help others." And, he does so. I am stating this from a objective, professional and not just a personal, subjective client -interaction perspective.
