Adam Mahfouda is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and operator with experience spanning brokerage, real estate investment, hospitality, technology, and mergers and acquisitions. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FIND Real Estate, one of the largest independently owned real estate brokerages in the Northeast. Under Adam's leadership, FIND has grown through both organic expansion and the strategic acquisition and integration of brokerage firms, creating a scalable platform that supports more than 1,000 real estate professionals across multiple states. In addition to leading FIND, Adam actively acquires, develops, owns, and operates a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including multifamily, office, mixed-use, and hospitality properties. He is the founder of Square42, a hospitality platform focused on repositioning urban real estate into unique accommodations and experiential destinations, and Moofy's, a collection of luxury group retreats designed for families, corporate retreats, and special events. Adam has extensive experience in brokerage mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, succession planning, and operational integration. He works closely with brokerage owners, investors, and entrepreneurs to structure transactions that create long-term value while preserving culture and accelerating growth. His investment philosophy centers on acquiring high-quality real estate and businesses with long-term upside, improving operations, and building enduring brands through disciplined execution, technology, and exceptional customer experiences. Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, where he played varsity lacrosse. The discipline and teamwork continue to influence his leadership style and entrepreneurial approach.
