Ariel Baradarian is a retail leasing specialist at FIND Real Estate. Prior to joining FIND, he worked as an intern at Barlavi Realty, a Manhattan based residential real estate firm. Despite his novice position as an intern, Ariel was involved in closing several deals. Following his internship, he later briefly left the real estate world to start his own holistic health practice. Since beginning his commercial real estate career, first at Kassin Sabbagh Realty followed by FIND, Ariel has leveraged the skills gained from his previous work experience in both landlord and tenant representation roles. Ariel has closed numerous retail, office, and hospitality leases with prominent ownership and tenant clients such as Sky Organization, Black Spruce Management, Icon Realty, Aya, Klosed Properties, Apex Group, Beyond Sushi, and more.
