Ben was an awesome agent that guided us to secure our new home, and a truly, our dream apartment. The process for renting in a coop is a bit confusing if you've never done it before, and Ben was our guide through the whole thing– soup to nuts. He's very knowledgable of the area we wanted to live in and the tides of the market, and was available at anytime we needed him, to review our documents or just talk us through the process. He's a lovely guy who cares about his clients! You want him in your corner!
