Prior to real estate, Charlie spent 14 years as a union laborer—rising to foreman and shop steward on large-scale construction projects—and five years in a family-owned food business in Long Beach, New York. Born and raised in Long Island City and now residing on the Upper East Side, Charlie has traveled to more than 50 countries, yet believes nothing compares to New York City’s energy and diversity.
