I was looking for a subtenant for my remaining 8-month lease for an apartment, and I met Daniel through an online subleasing website. We had a quick introductory phone call, and he left me with a great first impression through his clear communication and deep knowledge of the Queens area. Then we met in person to discuss details for my sublease. Daniel made everything very professional, clarified all the details needed for the term, and soon started the marketing process.
Although we did not reach a deal in the end for some reason, I was deeply touched by his professionalism and local knowledge. I would surely love to work with him again if opportunity allows.
