David grew up in Schenectady, NY. Attended Schenectady County Community College and The College of Saint Rose for Business Administration. David and his wife, JoAnn, lived in Duanesburg NY for 18 years on a 14-acre horse farm. They currently reside at Great Sacandaga Lake in Broadalbin, NY with their dogs and horses. David has been in the Construction business for 20 years with experience in residential and commercial building. David sees himself as a property consultant as his vast experience in the building industry gives his clients an advantage when purchasing a property, this is especially beneficial for first time home buyers.
