As newcomers to the New York City real estate market, we were very pleased to have connected with Eyal Zabari. We were not sure exactly what we were looking for at first and Eyal worked very patiently with us to help us understand the pros and cons of different neighborhoods, different types of buildings, condos vs. coops, etc. When we realized that it was going to take a while before we were ready to buy a property, he helped us find a great rental situation and never pressured us to buy before we felt ready. I had the pleasure of working with Eyal Zabari when he helped me find new tenants to take over my lease. I contacted Eyal and explained I needed to rent out my midtown studio by December. He immediately sent out a blast email to real estate brokers and we had an open house scheduled for the following week. If it hadn’t been due to circumstances completely out of his or my control, we would have rented out my apartment within a week. But, before the first deal even fell through, Eyal already had another open house planned for the following weekend, where I met the couple that took over my lease.
