Coming from a background of customer service and entertainment something I know for sure is the importance of listening to people and being present with them and their needs. As a Realtor with years of commercial and residential experience I know that moving, selling a property, buying a home, finding a new commercial tenant - all of these life events can be stressful and anxiety inducing.
