Jonathan made the rental/relocation process extremely easy for us, in a very short amount of time. My husband and I are relocating to NYC from out-of-state and had only 1 weekend to find an apartment. Starting about a month out, we sent a "wish list" of locations and amenities. During the month leading up to our house-hunting trip, Jonathan sent us new listings every few days (to get a feel for what we like). onathan is not only hands down the most professional broker I have worked with, but also a great guy and a pleasure to apartment hunt with. He spent 12+ hours over 3 days with me 1 on 1, determined to find a studio/1BR downtown that fit my needs. He never pressured or rushed me. Instead, we established an honest, open dialogue to help me work towards a decision. The most memorable part of my experience was at the end of my search when Jonathan took me to see a place that exactly fit my criteria and was a no-brainer. However, when we arrived at the apartment I realized that I had already seen it with another broker a few days earlier. I passed on it the first time around because the price had not been lowered yet. Rather than try to claim the commission or pursuade me to rent one of his apartments, Jonathan agreed that it was a great deal and I should take it, although he would not be a part of the transaction or receive any commission.
