I can only say the absolute best things about working with Jason. As this was my first solo apartment, I wanted to work with a broker to ensure I was getting the best deal, and Jason went above and beyond what I was expecting. NYC realty is notoriously stressful, but Jason's dedication, personable attitude, and extensive industry knowledge made it actually fun. He set up tours for nearly 15-16 apartments over the course of a week. He was incredibly patient and open to all the last-minute changes I made, whether it was adjusting the budget or exploring different areas and boroughs. Jason was always honest about what was a good deal vs. what wasn't, and he never pressured me into taking anything if I felt hesitant. And, of course, once I found the unit I wanted, he stopped at nothing to make sure I got it. Being experienced in the business, he knew how best to work with other agents and was remarkably responsive to texts and phone calls at all hours of the day. I can't emphasize enough how great my experience was with Jason—he truly made me feel like I was his top priority. Moving in NYC is highly stressful and expensive, but working with Jason is worth every penny. I will absolutely be using him for future moves, and my friends are probably tired of hearing me rave about how fantastic he is and how they also have to use him down the line!
