Julian Forero came to the world of Real Estate in 2012 after a great retail career that expanded over 35 years. During his tenure with various National Retailers, he was thoroughly exposed to the Commercial side of Real Estate; here he structured well over 200 deals in New York City and Boston, New Jersey and the Northeast. Switching to Residential Real Estate was a natural progression, here he expects to continue to bring his passion and dedication to the industry while focusing on the client's needs and wants. Julian was the hero we needed. We were struggling to find an apartment that fit our criteria and requirements as well as location for a price we could afford. Julian very quickly found us some fantastic options in a market that has a record low inventory. I am thrilled and very lucky that we had the chance to work with Julian because he is fantastic at his job.
