We have heard multiple horror stories from friends when it came to the home-buying process therefore, my husband and I were very weary about purchasing a home. Some of our friends told us that realtors that they’ve used never showed up to open house events, never responded to calls or taxes, never listened to their preferences. Needless to say, we were very apprehensive when shopping around for a realtor. When we approached Mr. Mercure, we automatically felt like he wanted the best for our situation. We never felt like we were a bother and he was always available to answer all of our questions. My husband and I have different tastes when it comes to home so we have pre-warned Mr. Mercure that the task may be difficult for him. He assured us through his experience, he would be able to find us the home of our dreams. My husband and I felt like we received first class treatment. Mr. Mercure was available for every single open house we wanted to visit. As we are sitting here writing this review, we are overwhelmed with joy that we have purchased our new home and it was Mr. Mercure that helped us with this reality.
