Leon Ye has over 15 years of diversified experiences spanning across residential/commercial real estate, hospitality, and accounting industries. He connects domestic buyers as well as those abroad with the sellers here in the US to invest in investment projects or development projects of hospitality, office buildings and multi-families. Prior to that, he was with Conquest Advisors LLC, a NYC boutique firm, for three years as a commercial investment sales analyst; which benefits from his many years’ working in accounting capacity in the corporate world. Some selected deals include a townhouse investment sales property close to NYU, luxury condos and coops in upper east side 200 East 66th Street Manhattan House, upper west side Trump Place, Lincoln Square Parc Loggia, 200 Central Park South, Waterline Square, 15 Hudson Yard, Fifth Avenue high-rise condos and dumbo area, LIC Skyline Tower and other luxury condo sales in the area. Leon Ye is a member of AREAA and an active committee member of a local industry association, which promotes connections between industry professionals like attorneys, accountants, brokers, loan specialists, developers, equity and debt investors, property owners and managing agents by organizing seminars and networking events. Leon holds a Master of Management in Hospitality in the Hotel School – now affiliated with Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
