Leanna Pace was born and raised in Niskayuna, New York. She graduated as a double major in both Business and Music Industry at College of Saint Rose and proceeded to work in a growing, upscale environment, assuring client delight on luxury homes, commercial leasing/sales and property management. Passionate about real estate, she began her career with Marini Homes as a sales consultant while obtaining her real estate license. With her residential real estate career budding and her desire for growth, she made the switch to Hodorowski Homes. Wearing many hats, she worked as the Marketing Executive, Leasing Administrator, Property Manager, Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent and New Construction sales Agent. After six years at the Hodorowski Group, she felt it time to begin a full time career in Real Estate. In 2021, she transitioned from a part time real estate agent to a full time, licensed Real Estate Associate Broker under FIND Real Estate and formed The Pace Property Team. She has ranked within the top 3% of Real Estate Brokers in Upstate New York, facilitating over 85 million dollars in real estate sales throughout her nine-year career. Her focus remains with Commercial Real Estate, development/investment properties and residential sales. She is seasoned in creating and managing digital content to build relationships for organizations and individuals, as well as, branding and promoting products and services. Leanna specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge by epitomizing integrity, hard work, and creative service in detail. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue.
