Max did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted and catering the showings to our needs. He showed us listings we didn't see anywhere else. Found us some gem spots we didn't know were available in our price range. He has a pleasant disposition that resonated well with us and we'd 100% go through Max again. Found a tenant for a Multiple Occupancy home in Kips bay, New york, NY.
It was my first time renting an apartment in Manhattan and Max was excellent throughout the whole process. I did not know anything about the process and frankly, was worrisome. He made the whole thing simple and painful as possible. He is respectful of you, your time, and your needs. He answered my many questions swiftly and during any hour of the day, to which I am grateful for. I would highly recommend Max to anyone looking to rent or buy!
