It is precisely because of other positive and rave reviews that was left for Ritchie that prompted me to write one of my mine own. Originally from Columbus, OH and looking to re-locate to NYC to obtain my Master's and work part-time, Ritchie was the first real estate agent I found who was patient and kind. After contacting Ritchie with my needs, she responded swiftly and began helping me find the right location for my new home! Though I was in different situations regarding roommates, Ritchie helped me narrow down the perfect ones, submitted my housing application on time, and spoke to management on my behalf since I was so far away. I should also mention that my roommates had other agents but they stopped responding after a while and Ritchie is the only one that helped all three of us! There are no words for how grateful I am to you, Ritchie! I was freaking out about moving from a mid-sized town to NYC and finding the right home. However, your patience, guidance, and ability to answer all of my questions promptly put my heart at ease! If you want a genuine real estate agent in this crazy NYC market, do well to contact Ritchie!!! I wish I could leave 50 stars, but I guess I'll settle for ALL 5. :)

Ritchie was absolutely awesome in assisting my daughter in her search for the perfect new home in Manhattan! I live in Tampa FL and she lived in Boca Raton FL and she interviewed and got a job offer starting in less than 30 days so the search was on! We were clueless in the process and after numerous scams online and every site we looked at and all dead ends we found Ritchie (and realized she was a legitimate, real person) and my worries were over! We connected and talked several times on the phone. I felt at ease and I knew that she had my daughters best interest at heart and she worked endlessly until she found my daughter a fabulous apartment in the city with 2 roommates. It was quite the tireless process getting everything in line for my daughter to make the big move to the city but thanks to Ritchie everything went as scheduled! So thankful for her guidance and expertise in helping us through the entire leasing process, so 2 flights up to NYC and we were done! I must say it was much different than Florida and anything I had ever encountered with 3 college students and 12+ college moves and leases!
