I worked with Sam ( Samuel Apfelbaum ) last year during my move from Seattle to New York. He not only found me the perfect place but went out of his way to make sure I saw enough options both virtually and in person. He ended up getting me the rent I wanted with 1 month off as well in a quiet place like I want. With a move in date of March 20, 2023, getting an apartment at Midwest Court for the kind of lease he got for me is actually unbelievable. He completely ticked all the boxes I cared about - allowing me to move in late March even though I signed the lease in mid Feb, allowing large dog breeds, quiet neighborhood, doorman building under 3.8k avg rent, my preferred floor plan, 1 month off + 1 month OP, getting me the apartment even though I hadn't officially gotten the offer letter to move, etc. - to actually get all these conditions and also cooridnate with me from Seattle over text, call and in person ( 2 times ) - I can't recommend Sam highly enough for anyone looking to find a place in Nee York. I'd work with Sam in a heartbeat if and when I need to move again.

We were working with a pretty tight budget but Sam went above and beyond to find the apartment that was perfect for us. It was clear that he had our best interest at heart because he showed us over 10 apartments and never lost his patience. He was super communicative and made sure to answer any questions we might have throughout the entire process.
